1. What is NCLC 5 in French?
NCLC (Niveaux de compétence linguistique canadiens) is the Canadian language benchmark for French. Level 5 means candidates can handle everyday conversations, basic workplace communication, and understand simple texts.
2. Can international students apply?
Yes. Graduates from Canadian institutions in eligible programs may qualify without the one-year work experience requirement.
3. How does this program lead to PR?
